Welcome to the Sandbox! This platform is a free service provided by NoSavvy to let you explore and experiment with our tools in a safe, temporary environment. By using the Sandbox Platform, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up or using the Sandbox Platform, you agree to follow these terms. These terms explain how the platform works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. If you are using the platform for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these terms on its behalf.

2. What the Sandbox Platform Is
The Sandbox Platform is a free space for you to try out NoSavvy’s features. You can test ideas, explore tools, and experiment with website design without worrying about breaking anything. Please keep in mind:

  • Temporary Use: Any work you do in the Sandbox is temporary and will automatically be deleted after 2 hours.
  • No Data Saved: Because this is a testing environment, nothing you create or upload will be saved permanently.

3. Creating an Account
To use the Sandbox Platform, you may need to create an account. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Provide Accurate Information: Make sure the details you provide are correct and up to date.
  • Keep Your Account Secure: Don’t share your login details with anyone. You’re responsible for anything that happens with your account.

If we notice unusual activity or a violation of these terms, we may temporarily or permanently disable your account.

4. Using the Platform
We want everyone to have a positive experience on the Sandbox Platform. By using it, you agree to:

  • Use It Responsibly: Only use the platform to explore and test ideas within its intended purpose.
  • Respect Others: Don’t upload harmful content, violate any laws, or disrupt the platform for other users.
  • Understand Its Purpose: The Sandbox is for testing and exploring NoSavvy’s tools—it’s not a live environment.

If you misuse the platform or break these rules, we may suspend or block your access.

5. Ownership of Content

  • What You Create: Anything you design or create in the Sandbox is yours, but remember, it’s temporary and will be erased after 2 hours.
  • Feedback: If you share suggestions or ideas about how to improve the platform, we may use them to make NoSavvy better—without any obligation to compensate you.

6. Availability and Limitations
The Sandbox Platform is provided "as-is" and "as-available." While we do our best to make the platform reliable, we cannot promise it will always work perfectly or that your testing experience will be error-free.

  • Temporary Nature: All data in the Sandbox will be deleted after 24 hours.
  • No Guarantees: We are not responsible for any loss of data or issues that may arise from using the Sandbox.

7. Changes to the Platform
We may update or change the Sandbox Platform at any time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. These updates might happen without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability
NoSavvy is not responsible for any problems, losses, or damages that happen while you use the Sandbox Platform. This includes anything you lose due to the temporary nature of the platform or interruptions in service.

9. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make big changes, we’ll let you know by posting the updated terms and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the new terms.

10. Ending Your Access
We may limit, suspend, or stop your access to the Sandbox Platform if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using the platform at any time.
